Nejzásadnější rozdíl mezi těmito dvěma typy ciderů je v použítých surovinách a vyrobním postupu. Průmysloví výrobci své cidery doslazují a dochucují aromaty, k samotné výrobě používají výhradně jablečné koncentráty určené pro masovou produkci. Řemeslné cidery jsou na druhou stranu vyráběny s velkým důrazem na kvalitu a původ suroviny, a také na to, aby byl cider vyroben dle těch nejlepších technologických postupů, avšak s ohledem na tradici.
By the end of 2019, F.H. Prager was bought from its original owners by Kofola, which saw great potential in artisanal products made from quality ingredients. It is now an independent project that will be further developed as one of the first start-up projects with the support and background of Kofola.
Our ciders are 100% natural, so you won't find any flavourings, colourings, preservatives, added sweeteners or sugars. We also don't filter our ciders, which helps us achieve the right cider colour and flavour.
You can buy our products in our online shop. You can also find it in Globus stores, Sklizeno, on rohlik.cz and kosik.cz, and of course in restaurants, bars and bistros all over the Czech Republic.
We are constantly tweaking and improving our ciders, but we also like to experiment and try new flavours that may eventually make it into our range :)
