Our story

AN ENDLESS JOUNEYTO PERFECTION

The first batch of F.H. Prager was fermented in 2010. In 2019, we - a bunch of enthusiasts backed by the incubator of Kofola - bought the brand from the original owners and since then we have been working on making the best craft cider in the Czech Republic.

Thanks to the technology provided by Kofola and our know-how, we have fine-tuned F.H. Prager to perfection. We combine the best of both honest craftsmanship and high-end technological processes.

THE JOURNEY IS THE DESTINATION – IT SOUNDS LIKE A CLICHÉ, BUT WE DO FEEL THAT WAY

The ingredients always come first - we started our journey to a better F.H. Prager by choosing the right apples. We met many farmers and tasted countless apple varieties.

APPLES FROM MORAVIA

These are beautifully sour and add fullness and bite to our cider. We are also able support local farmers this way.

CIDER APPLES FROM GREAT BRITAIN

These give F.H. Prager just the right bittersweet taste. This is created by combining up to 29 specific apple varieties that grow in the south-west of England, where our farmers are from.
